Cell phones should remain in the student's bag out of sight and silenced, or on the teacher's charging station at the front of the room, and may not be used in class unless the teacher specifically allows their use. When cell phones are visible or heard at inappropriate times, the teacher will ask the student to please put the cell phone away in their bag.

I was raised here in the Metroplex, graduating from Lewisville High School.  I attended Hardin Simmons University on a Soccer scholarship, where I obtained my Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing.  Prior to becoming a certified teacher, I worked for several Fortune 500 companies, such as UPS, E&J Gallo Winery, Miller Brewing Company, and Lanier Worldwide.  I also owned and operated a marginally successful screen print and promotional products company.  I am in my 11th year of teaching, where I am certified in Marketing and Composite Business.

I have been happily married to my wife, Karla, for 15 years, and I have two grown stepsons. I enjoy sports (particularly soccer and golf), travel, movies, books, and spending time with friends and family.
