I will be teaching virtually only for the first 4 weeks as per AISD.  We will see what happens after that.  During our live Zoom sessions, my expectation is that you are polite and respectful! Your microphone is to be muted unless you need to say something or are asked to reply.  I would also appreciate it if your video is left on so that I can know you by appearance. Any misbehavior will be reprimanded!

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN

EXPECTATIONS:

            It is expected that every student is keeping with the virtual schedule and submitting assignments on time.

ACADEMIC GRADES:

            Grades will be assessed as follows:

Homework:  1X per marking period (progress reports and report cards)

Quizzes:  2X     Tests:  3X

WORK DEADLINES:

            Please pay attention to deadlines posted in Canvas.  Assignments not completed when due will result in a zero.  In the event of an excused absence, it is expected that homework is handed in upon the student’s return and any assessment is to be made up within one week’s time.   I will use Remind to inform you of upcoming assessments.

TUTORING:

     If you need one-on-one assistance, please let me know ahead of time and I will have a Zoom session with you after school.  I will do this on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-3:30.
