Welcome to 7th grade Advanced Math class!

 

In this class we do a lot of math and have fun doing it!  We go over 7th grade and 8th grade math topics.  You might ask WHY???  This class is designed to prepare students to take a high school Algebra Course as 8th graders!  That is an awesome opportunity to grow as a mathematicians!

SUMMER REVIEW PACKETS

MATERIALS NEEDED

  1. Spiral Notebook
  2. Sharpened pencil
  3. Red Pen
  4. Notebook paper
  5. HOMEWORK  

 

GRADING

  • The distribution of grade is based on the following:
  • Homework / Classwork – 25%
  • Quizzes – 25%
  • Tests / Projects – 50%
  • Copying someone’s work will result in a zero for both students
  • Talking during a test will result in a zero.

MAKE UP WORK

If you are absent, you have one day for each day of absence to make up your assignments.  You are strongly encouraged to attend tutoring to get some help.

 

TUTORING

  • Available to all students
  • Can be utilized to do homework
  • Do not have to sign up
